We’ll need access to your current environment across facilities, security, networking and storage for the VM migration - as well as sufficient connectivity provisioning.
Prior to kicking off our engagement, we’ll need to generate environment scan and app dependency mappings using an environment discovery tool such as StratoZone.
To carry out your VM migration successfully and on time, we’ll need timely responses from a main point of contact to action authorisation requests, approvals, UAT etc - ideally the same business day.
Out of Scope Requests
Additional, out of scope requests outside of the VM migration (e.g application modernisation) will be treated as separate statements of work at an additional cost.
